I love the ocean…the sea…and, most of all, the adventure. My first experience cruising the Sea of Cortez, in the early 1980′s has always been one of my most memorable. I have made the trip back to the Sea of Cortez many times since and have enjoyed every one of them immensely. The Baja of California is the best cruising on the West Coast of North America.

Growing up in a small coastal town on Long Island Sound has a twofold effect.  First I was introduced to boats, both Power and Sail, before my teens. Secondly, that early experience has allowed me since, to Log over 50,000 miles as a “master of the boat”, emphasizing a great respect for Safety on the Ocean.

My Specialty, as a yacht broker in San Diego, California for the past 26 years, is to help the novice and beginning boater to teach them how to enjoy their purchase and instruct them in boat handling, navigation, safety and maintenance. I truly enjoy working with people and share the passion of happy boating. I am available for bay trips, training classes, overnights, deliveries, exploration and island hopping.
